Intro to Petra's YoManTra

Hi! Welcome to YoManTra, which stands for Yoga, Manifestation, & Transformation.

My name is Petra and I am a Professional Level 500 hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher.

I had been practicing different styles of yoga for many years before getting certified as a yoga teacher in 2009. I am also certified in several types of energy work.

Physical therapy helped me overcome a range of bodily issues that started to hit in the late 30ies. I have since then gained an understanding what it means to work with limitations, and how to recognize and alter habits of body and mind. I focus on staying mobile and strong.

I offer sessions to my community to help pull in more bodily wellbeing, mindfulness, relaxation, self love, and better habits. I strive to support insights about posture so less tension and more balance can be achieved. The sessions are suitable for any age or ability.

YoManTra is not mass marketed. The same people have been coming for years. Join a session to see what it is all about.
